Peach + Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced mango, fresh or frozen
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and diced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup kefir or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • Small handful of ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tbsp raw honey; 1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds; 2 scoops collagen 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste and add honey, if desired. Add more milk or water for a thinner consistency if you prefer.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
